These insoles are sturdy and well-made, but at 220 lbs, I expected more arch support. They help slightly with heel pain, yet the cushioning feels firm. Price is reasonable for the quality, but not a miracle cure. Fine for daily work shoes, though I’d buy firmer ones next time.

Heavy guy here, 230 lbs. These insoles offer real support—my heel pain faded after two weeks of daily wear. Firm arch, good cushioning, not too bulky. Fair price for the relief. Takes a few days to adjust, but worth it.
